Our interpretive events are designed to get visitors interested and engaged in topics about the refuge. Winter walks will take place on snowshoes, conditions allowing. If you would like to reserve a pair of snowshoes for a walk, email canaanvalley@fws.gov in advance the number of pairs requested and for which walk. We have limited pairs, so they are first come, first served reservations. Unfortunately we do not have any child sized snowshoes.
