Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 14th, from 4 PM to 8 PM! We invite you to join us for an exciting day designed for all ages. Come enjoy a variety of activities such as archery, fishing games, and some cozy time by the fire pit—plus much more to be announced soon!
This is an incredible opportunity to discover the beauty of the Refuge while enjoying a fun-filled day with family and friends. Be sure to regularly check this page for updates on event details and new activities—there’s plenty of excitement on the horizon!
Schedule of Events:
4:00-8:00pm - Archery and Fishing games all day
4:00-8:00pm - Guided nature walks with our Park Rangers!
4:00-8:00pm - Food trucks with a variety of options for dinner
4:00-6:00pm - Microscopic pond life demonstration - learn how to use field microscopes and make your own observations!
5:00-7:00pm - Free Kona Ice (while supplies last)
6:00-8:00pm - Skulls and skins demonstration - learn how to identify wildlife based on their bones and pelts!
6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30 - Campfire story time with Anne Arundel County Public Library Librarians!
8:00pm - Frog Watch / Listening Walk
