Journaling for Young Naturalists - Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest

New and beginner journalists ages 7-14 (and their adult) will embark on an exciting journey to observe and learn from the beauty of the nature. This activity will focus on starting a nature journal and developing skills that can be used to journal anytime and anywhere. We’ll begin by setting up our nature journal pages and practicing our journaling skills with model birds, familiarizing ourselves with techniques. Afterward, participants will explore the Icicle Creek trail, with plenty of free time to journal their observations, thoughts, and sketches. All materials will be provided.
