Guided Birding Tour

Join volunteer (and retired park ranger and bird guide) Bob Showler to look for birds at various points of interest along the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge Auto Tour Road. Be prepared to drive your own car about 15 miles round-trip and bring water, sun & insect protection, and binoculars (if you have them; loaner binoculars also available). We may be walking up to ½ mile at certain stops. All experience levels are welcome!

An entrance fee of $3.00 is charged for an individual in a vehicle and $5.00 for two or more people in a vehicle. Admission is free for passholders. Fees payable at the Visitor Center between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
