2008-2009 Federal Duck Stamp First Day of Sale to be Hosted by Bass Pro Shops

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service today announced this years First Day of Sale ceremony for the 2008-2009 Federal Duck Stamp will be hosted by Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, located in Arundel Mills, near Baltimore, Maryland.
