Federal Duck Stamp Contest Get Underway November 5

Wildlife artists from around the nation will compete in the "Olympics of Wildlife Art" as the Federal Duck Stamp Design Contest gets underway November 5. Nearly 250 paintings of black scoters rendered in acrylic, oil, watercolor and other media will be on display at the Main Interior Building in Washington, DC, as a five-judge panel chooses the design that will adorn next year
