US FWS Starts Land Protection Plan On The Alaska Maritime NWR
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) will be conducting a public meeting in Anchorage to tell people about the development of a Land Protection Plan for the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge. Land Protection Plans explain how the Service can work with landowners to protect wildlife and other resources on private lands within refuge boundaries. Anyone interested in learning more about Land Protection Plans is invited to attend.
