About Robert (Levi) Morgan
Levi serves as a Fish and Wildlife Biologist at the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service’s Tennessee Ecological Services Field Office, working specifically with private landowners to voluntarily conserve at-risk and federally listed species on private working lands through the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program. Additionally, he serves in a partnership capacity as a liaison to the Natural Resources Conservation Service in support of species conservation and recovery by providing technical assistance to NRCS in delivering Farm Bill conservation programs. Levi began his federal career as a seasonal fisheries technician with the National Park Service in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, working on native Brook Trout restoration and population monitoring for three listed fish species in Abrams Creek. He joined the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 2022 as a biologist with the Fish and Aquatic Conservation Program at the Appalachian Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office in West Virginia. During this time, he worked closely with the National Fish Passage Program to implement aquatic connectivity restoration projects across the central Appalachian Region.
