About Neesha Stellrecht
I manage the Endangered Species Program for the Northern Alaska Fish and Wildlife Office in Fairbanks, Alaska. I am fortunate to work with a wonderful team of research and regulatory biologists. Our research team works with a variety of partners and conducts research, monitoring and recovery actions for Endangered Species Act listed spectacled and Steller’s eiders. Our regulatory team works with applicants to review projects and minimize impacts through the ESAConsultation process. I have a BSc and an MSc in Zoology from the University of Idaho. When not working, I enjoy everything outdoors.
