About Grace Rodgers

Grace Rodgers is the Science Communications Coordinator for the Alaska region's Science Applications program, collaborating with USFWS programs and partners to communicate complex scientific information into understandable and compelling multimedia content. She initially joined the Alaska region External Affairs and Science Applications programs as a Climate Communications Fellow through the Great Basin Institute’s Research Associate Program. Grace earned her bachelor's at American University's School of Communications and master's at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism as a Comer Scholar, specializing in science, health, and environmental communications. For her master’s thesis, she spent four weeks with the FWS Southwest region reporting on landscape restoration projects.
