Beth Gerry

In her role, Beth oversees budget and financial operations, human resources functions, and facility and building management. She supports staff and leadership by ensuring fiscal accountability, efficient operations, and a well-managed work environment that allows the mission to succeed.

Beth Ann Gerry serves as the Administrative Officer, bringing both strategic and operational leadership to support the mission of fish and wildlife conservation. A Navy Veteran, she holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Education, with a background that blends fiscal stewardship, organizational leadership, and service. Raised fishing the streams of northern New Hampshire, Beth developed an early appreciation for natural resources and conservation. She later volunteered with New Hampshire Fish and Game, deepening her commitment to protecting wildlife and the environments that sustain it. She is passionate about supporting the agency’s mission and the people who carry it forward.
