The FWS Joint Administrative Operations (JAO), provides administrative support through a shared service delivery model.
JAO staff are located at offices throughout the Service and contribute to the overall Service mission by providing acquisitions, budget, contracting, economics, human resources, finance, policy, property, and safety support services to all FWS employees.
Unconstrained by administrative and geographic boundaries, JAO plays a key role in providing the administrative support and information necessary to support the FWS mission.
