Wetland Resources: Utah

Wetlands cover only a small part of Utah but provide critical aquatic habitat in an arid environment as well as economic and other benefits. Utah's wetlands provide habitat for fish, furbearing wildlife, resident waterfowl, shorebirds, songbirds, and nearly 500 species of wetland plants.
