Peer Review Plan for Listing Freshwater Mollusks and Crustaceans as Injurious

Subject and Purpose: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) is publishing a proposed rule to add certain high-risk foreign freshwater invertebrates to the list of injurious wildlife under 18 U.S.C. 42 (a provision of the “Lacey Act”). The Service will consider results of the peer review to address questionable or unresolved issues and new information.
