Section 18 of the Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973 requires the Secretary of the Interior (working through the Fish and Wildlife Service) to annually report certain expenditures for the conservation of threatened and endangered species. This report presents the reported expenditures for fiscal year 2005 (October 2004 – September 2005) and fiscal year 2006 (October 2005 - September 2006).
