During Kay’s career as an administrative officer, she worked with and met many key personnel in the Service, such as Sam Hamilton, Mollie Beattie, Jamie Clark, and Dale Hall. She also took part in many incidence details, including oil spills and hurricanes. As a current reemployed annuitant, she is now facing the workforce reductions and reorganization of the current administration.
