Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery

To ensure a safe and pleasant visit to Greers Ferry NFH, please refrain from walking on the raceway walls and catwalks. Do not place your hands in the water, feed items to the fish, throw objects into the water, or disturb the fish in any way. Running within the raceways is prohibited. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times.

We kindly ask that visitors allow staff ample space to safely perform their duties.

• Dogs must remain on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Public fishing is not permitted on hatchery property.
• For strict biosecurity reasons, hands and objects must not be placed in or on the water.
• The operation of drones is prohibited on hatchery grounds.
