Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery

Facility Activities

An estimated 50,000 people visit the hatchery annually for the opportunity to see a close-up view of the fish production process. The public is invited to take a self-guided tour of the outdoor raceways viewing fish of many sizes.

Additional activities in the local area:

Camping at the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers JFK or Dam Site campgrounds.
Fishing on the Little Red River and Greers Ferry Lake.
Boating and swimming on Greers Ferry Lake.
Hiking the Sugarloaf Mountain trails, Heber Springs, AR.
