Youth Fishing Workshop

Let’s go fishing at Ritidian! Free fishing workshop limited to thirty participants ages 7-17. Learn and practice rod and reel fishing, talaya (cast net) fishing, preparing gear, and safe, sustainable fishing. Workshop materials will be provided to participants, including fishing rods and talaya, for the activity. Participants may bring their own fishing rod for the activity. They will be fishing and throwing talaya under the sun, walking along the beach, and sitting under a canopy in either rainy or sunny conditions. Please be advised that in the event of inclement/ unsafe weather, the program will be canceled.
