Join a volunteer for a relaxing yoga session and then follow it up with a short, ranger-guided hike through the 1/4 mile trail in Humbug Marsh. Yoga will take place behind the visitor center and is free to join by anyone interested. Yoga mats will be available for anyone needing to borrow one. Yoga will be indoors if it rains.
