Wings Over Willapa is an annual festival hosted by the Friends of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge that offers a variety of programs and activities on the refuge and in the community! Hosted during peak Fall migration in late September, it is a celebration of the important role Willapa plays as a site along the Pacific Flyway.
