Tree Walk and NCTC Rock Climbing

**Please note:  These activities are only for participants staying on-site at the National Conservation Training Center, Shepherdstown, WV.

  • Tree Walk (5:30 - 6:30 PM ET)

Take a walkabout to learn about native trees and wildflowers of the season and their connection with this historic land on the Potomac River. Wear appropriate footwear and outerwear.  

Location: Meet at Headwaters patio

  • NCTC Rock Climbing (5:15 - 6:30 PM ET)

Rock climbing provides a unique, physical outlet that anyone can enjoy. It is also a great way to build fitness and make new friends.

Sign-up in Headwaters Lodge (limited space available, gear provided)
