A national wildlife refuge is typically a contiguous area of land and water managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the conservation and, where appropriate, restoration of fish, wildlife and plant resources and their habitats for the benefit of present and future generations of Americans.

Location: Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Visitor Center - 13751 Upper Embankment Road, Nampa, ID 83686
Program Registration: Complete this Microsoft Form if you plan to attend. Program is capped to 25 participants. We will have 20 spots open for registration and 5 walk-in spots due to limited supplies.
Activity Level: Outdoors, easy-active and stationary.
What to Bring: Clothing comfortable to be outdoors, a chair, and welcome to bring your own art supplies to supplement what we'll have!
Accessibility: Restrooms and a water fountain are available inside the visitor center and will be available. We will stay near the visitor center which includes grassy, paved, and natural surfaces.

Accesibilidad: Hay baños y una fuente de agua disponibles dentro del centro de visitantes. Vamos estar cerca del centro, que tiene caminos de pasto, acera y tierra.
