Celebrate World Shorebird Day (Sept 6) by getting up close and personal with shorebirds! Refuge biologists will be catching and banding shorebirds that make the epic journey from their breeding rounds in the Arctic to South America, stopping at the refuge to fuel up for their next leg of 2,000+ miles.
