Our annual 'Let's Go Outside' event is scheduled for Saturday June 13 from 10am - 2pm. This free celebration for all ages includes opportunities from learning to fish, holding tide pool creatures, making art, joining nature walks, and more! This is an open streets event, meaning most of the road is closed to cars and open only to bike, walk, stroll, and roll. Parking at Lot 1 and the visitor center with a free shuttle in between. Please note: the refuge will delay opening until 9:45am and beach access will be restricted to fishing only until 2pm.
