Join staff and volunteers of Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful for a Beach Cleanup on the Lakefront Dike at Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge! The event will take place on Saturday, June 14th from 10:30am to 1:00pm. Volunteers will meet at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center and be shuttled to the Lakefront Dike along the Wildlife Drive. We will spend about an hour and a half picking up any trash we encounter along the beach. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water. Supplies such as gloves, bags, and trash pickers will be provided.
