KIUC HCP and EIS Virtual Public Meeting

The Service received an Incidental Take Permit application and supporting Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) from the Kauaʻi Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) requesting take of nine endangered or threatened species on Kauaʻi in accordance with Section 10(a)(2)(A) of the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
