The Elizabeth Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership will be hosting an Earth Day event with Groundwork Elizabeth at Phil Rizutto Park in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The event will feature native flora planting, clearing of trash/debris, educational programming, hoverball archery, and more! This is a fantastic annual event involving refuge and field office staff, the Great Swamp NWR Friends group, our urban partners from Groundwork Elizabeth, local businesses and elected officials.
