Are you interested in birding, but don't know where to start?
Join us for a ranger-led bird walk at Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge! Learn the basics of birdwatching and tools to help you identify birds by sight or sound at our "Birding 101" program! Binoculars and field guides are recommended if you have them. Loaner binoculars are available first-come, first-serve.
Please meet at the picnic pavilion at our Upper Pahranagat Lake day use area at 10:00AM. The program will last about 90 minutes and follow a portion of our Upper Lake Trail (about 1 mile total).
