Bird Language Program

This program is a Ranger-led introduction to bird language. Participants' "nature connection" will be encouraged with instruction and insight into the power of bird language. This program will: 

  • Introduce the five voices of birds 
  • Focus on why of bird calls and play a games 
  • Engage senses in the natural world 
  • Feature backyard bird species for learning bird language 
  • And more fun

This activity will be meeting at the North Tract Visitor Information Station at 230 Bald Eagle Dr, Laurel, MD 20724 from 10AM - 11AM.
