Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest to be held on April 15 at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge in Philadelphia, PA
On Friday, April 15, 2011, a panel of five judges will choose the winner of the 2011-2012 Federal Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest from Best-of-Show entries from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U. S. Virgin Islands. The event will be held at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum, nine miles from the Philadelphia International Airport, off I-95.
