U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Publishes Draft Recovery Plan for Endangered Southwestern Oregon Flower
A draft plan to guide the recovery of the federally endangered rough popcornflower, was released today by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for public review and comment. The popcornflower occurs in only 17 small patches near Sutherlin, Oregon.
"All native plants are important for their ecological, economic, and aesthetic values," said Anne Badgley, regional director of the Service
