U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Authorizes Killing of Two Wolves Near Fairfield, Idaho
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service yesterday authorized killing two adult gray wolves after they killed five sheep and wounded a guard dog August 10 on a U. S. Forest Service grazing allotment near Fairfield, Idaho. Specialists from U.S. Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services shot the male and female wolves just after daybreak yesterday on private property near Fairfield, according to Carter Niemeyer, the Fish and Wildlife Service
