HOW: A brief presentation followed by a question and answer session and the opportunity to speak individually with representatives from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Background: The Fish and Wildlife Service has released the Western Snowy Plover Pacific Coast Population Draft Recovery Plan for review and comment. The plan describes the status, current management, recovery objectives and criteria, and specific actions needed to remove the western snowy plover from the List of Endangered and Threatened Species.
