The National Wildlife Refuge Association and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation have named Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge Ranger-In-Charge David Jamiel as the Refuge Employee of the Year. Jamiel was presented with the award during a ceremony held March 17 in Washington, D.C.
