Overview

Lysimachia pendens is a many-branched, pendulous shrub in the Primulaceae (primrose) family. Stems are 20 to 60 mm (0.8 to 2.4 in) long. Leaf blades are narrowly lanceolate, 25 to 30 mm (1 to 1.2 in) long and 2 to 4 mm (0.1 to 0.2 in) wide. Flowers are solitary at the leaf axils, 7.5 to 8.5 mm (0.3 to 0.33 in) long, and 5 to 6 mm (0.2 in) wide with red, obovate petals.
