Instructions

Do one of the following:

Return the postcard from your previous envelope order (if you have it)
Email migratorybirdharvestsurveys@fws.gov and leave your name, address, hunter number (if you know it), and the number of envelopes you need
Call the toll-free phone number 1-800-419-2965 and leave your name, address, hunter number (if you know it), and the number of envelopes you need
