This form is required for any State or Tribe with an approved CITES export program for artificially propagated and/or wild-collected American ginseng. The report must be submitted by May 31st of each year to provide information on the previous harvest season.
To Complete This Report You Will Need the Following:
- Information from the previous harvest season, including the amount (in pounds) of wild-collected or artificially propagated ginseng certified by the State or Tribe.
- Information on how your export program is administered.

- Fill report form 3-200-61.
- Submit by May 31st of each year to provide information on the previous harvest season.
