The refuge features a gravel wildlife drive that takes visitors through the southern half of Tallahatchie National Wildlife Refuge. The drive is located on Horsebarn Loop, which starts and ends at Highway 8. While driving, visitors will see Tippo Bayou, Long Branch, hardwood reforestation areas, and moist soil units. Wildlife commonly seen along this driving tour includes white-tailed deer, wood ducks and other waterfowl, wading birds, and eastern cottontail rabbits.
