Standard Measures of Effectiveness and Threats for Wildlife Conservation in Central Africa: Guidance for USFWS Applicants

In order to maximize conservation success, increase accountability, and improve long-term results, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's International Affairs Program worked with Foundations of Success to develop this guidance for grantees. The systematic approach outlined in this document helps grantees better monitor, assess, and report on performance and learn what works and what doesn't from projects implementing similar actions.
