Hanalei NWR Environmental Assessment for Draft WMWCP

In accordance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), this document examines a range of management alternatives, analyzes possible environmental effects of the alternatives, and serves as the basis for a decision by USFWS on which alternative to implement.
