Grays Lake National Wildlife Refuge Upland and Meadow Complex Habitat Management Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) has prepared an Upland and Meadow Complex Habitat Management Plan (HMP) for Grays Lake National Wildlife Refuge (USFWS 2023).

An Environmental Assessment (EA) was prepared to evaluate the effects of the Proposed Action on the natural and human environment as it relates to management of upland and meadow habitats at Grays Lake National Wildlife Refuge (Refuge) in southeast Idaho. The EA determined that the Proposed Action would not result in significant effects, and that preparation of this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is warranted.

The Service has prepared the Upland and Meadow Complex Habitat Management Plan, which is incorporated by reference and attached to the Final EA.
