Finding of No Significant Impact for Weyerhaeuser Safe Harbor Agreement

The Service is proposing to issue a section 10(a)(1)(A) Enhancement of Survival Permit (Permit) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, to the Weyerhaeuser Timber Holdings, Inc. To comply with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Service prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA). Following the completion of the EA, the Service issued this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) outlining our decision rationale that completes the NEPA process.
