Draft EA for North Dakota Shooting Range, Richland County Wildlife Club

The Richland County Wildlife Club (Club) has applied to the North Dakota Game and Fish Department (NDGF) for a grant to construct a shooting range complex. This complex would consist of an outdoor archery range, three trap ranges, and a skeet and 5 stand field.

This EA analyzes potential impacts to elements in the natural and human environment for both the No Action Alternative and the Proposed Action Alternative.

The proposed Project is needed to provide a public shooting range in a region lacking these facilities. The facility will complement the shooting facility planned by NDGF on the adjacent property.
