Draft CD for Right-of-Way Permits for San Diego Gas and Electric Company, San Diego NWR

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to issue right-of-way permits to San Diego Gas and Electric for the right to use and possibly alter the landscape through construction, maintenance, and operation of electrical power lines and associated infrastructure on the San Diego NWR for Circuit 75 and Tie Line (TL) 627.
