The Animal Avoidance and Minimization Measures (AMMs) has been developed to provide guidance to minimize the impact on animals that are protected under the Endangered Species Act. This document was developed to protect animals native to Hawaiʻi, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, America Samoa, and other species found throughout the Pacific Islands.
