This is a collage of paddlefish from 1 to 5 weeks of development. The American paddlefish is classified as endangered, threatened, or species of concern in several states within its historical range. USFWS has played a key role in the conservation, restoration and preservation of this species. The Gavins Point National Fish Hatchery participate in monitoring and stocking of paddlefish within U. S. waters.
