Join Mystic Aquarium’s Sr. Research Scientist, Dr. Peter Auster, and an interdisciplinary team of scientists for a virtual panel discussion in celebration of the 8th anniversary of the designation of the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument. The panel will feature highlights from two summer 2024 research cruises to explore the surface, mid-water, and deep-sea ecosystems of the Monument, as well as recent findings from New England Aquarium’s aerial surveys.
