Bring the whole family and join staff from Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge and the Lower Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Conservation office for an afternoon of fishing (no license required). This program will occur at Ringneck marsh from 3pm-5pm on July 1st. All equipment will be provided to borrow at no cost. Staff will be on-site hosting different fish related activities and able to assist first time anglers! No fishing license required for anyone!

Location: Ringneck Marsh off Oak Orchard Creek Rd. Please contact or visit the refuge visitor center if you need help finding your way.
Activity Level and Accessibility: Easy, can involve walking and standing. An ADA accessible fishing pier is available at Ringneck Marsh.
What to Bring: If you have equipment, you may bring your own fishing poles and we can provide bait! All equipment will be available at Ringneck Marsh for those who need it. This program is held entirely outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather. Bug spray and sun block suggested. Cancellation notices will appear on Facebook and this website in the case of bad weather.
