The four Flyway Councils (Atlantic, Mississippi, Central, and Pacific) will be convening in either virtual or virtual, in-person (hybrid) meetings around or during the North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference in early to mid-March. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service representatives will be attending the individual meetings of the Councils on March 15th hybrid (Atlantic), March 7-8th virtually (Mississippi), March 11th virtually (Central), and March 15th hybrid (Pacific). The purpose of the Council meetings is to discuss issues pertaining to migratory bird management and to develop recommendations regarding 2023–24 migratory game bird hunting regulations for the Service to consider.
